Description
In this beginner’s downhill biking course, you’ll acquire the essential skills to navigate the trails with confidence. You’ll learn the proper bike positioning to overcome obstacles while ensuring you have the freedom to move fluidly. Additionally, the course includes sessions on maintaining your momentum on both blue and red trails, which are designed to challenge and develop your riding abilities.
Off the beaten path, the course allocates time to perfecting your bike handling. Understanding the physics of how to absorb the features of the trail is crucial, and the instruction provided will guide you to master this. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and techniques to do just that.
